OUR METHOD
My training method has been developed over the past 19 years based on principles honed from years of competing as a professional athlete and using the fundamental techniques of functional training.
I work with future athletes on a 1-2-1 basis, in small groups or through schools, academies and sports teams. I work in partnership with parents and the future athlete to build sports-agnostic skills and to develop the mental strength required to reach their full sporting potential.
I provide further support and guidance for students applying to academic sport scholarship programmes and sports team trials.
