Scholarship Prep
I have coached a number of primary and secondary-aged young athletes whose parents were looking to support them through the scholarship process. A number of these students were also looking for preparation for county-level and national U18 trials.
At a basic level we work on the fundamentals of speed, agility, reaction, strength and mental determination. We combine indoor fitness activities with on-the-pitch training in order to best prepare the students for achieving their sporting goals.
